The concept of "Ultra All Inclusive" at the Fioleto Family Resort
The concept includes:
- Accommodation in the selected room category;
- Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge in the place designated by the room category;
- Welcome champagne on the day of arrival;
- Meals on the "Ultra All Inclusive" basis - 3 main meals in a buffet-style restaurant at the hotel;
- Additional meals, alcoholic beverages from Russian producers in the hotel restaurant and at the 100 Nero poolside bar;
- Open swimming pool with an area of 1000 m2 with a poolside bar and sun loungers;
- Children's room with a caregiver, outdoor playground for children;
- Daily entertainment for children and adults;
- Universal sports ground (mini football, basketball, volleyball);
- Sports equipment rental: bicycles, balls, badminton;
- Wi-Fi throughout the hotel's territory;
- Private equipped beach with bars and food trucks;
- Bath complex with several saunas (service will be available from October 2023).
Dining
Food, Russian alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the room rate. The hotel features the Lavanda buffet restaurant and the 100 Nero gastro bar on its premises.
You will be pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes. The menu includes breakfast items, dairy products, soups, main courses, and salads in several variations. You can choose any combination of side dishes and main dishes, including meat, poultry, fish, and seafood. Sauces are served with the dishes.
The dinner menu differs from the lunch menu with a different set of side dishes and hot dishes, but the quantity and assortment are just as plentiful.
Fresh fruits are an integral part of the buffet menu and are served with every meal. The restaurant 'Lavanda' offers a variety of dishes for children, including cereals, first and second courses, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, pastries, compote, berry drink, jelly, and cocoa.
For the convenience of young guests, the restaurant provides highchairs, and mothers can always use the microwave and blender.
Restaurant hours: Breakfast 8:00-11:00 / Lunch 13:00-16:00 / Dinner 18:00-21:00.
At the 100 Nero gastro bar, there is a snack station offering light snacks and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages from 09:00 to 21:00. Strong alcoholic beverages are available from 11:00 to 21:00.
Service
Regular room cleaning, towel and bed linen replacement. Hotel cosmetics, tea, coffee, and sugar are replenished as needed. Each room is equipped with an electric kettle, mini-fridge, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and safe. Additionally, there's a sewing kit, a shoe sponge, and a clothes brush in each room.
Visitors can use the luggage storage room and order a taxi around the clock. The hotel has a medical station. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Entertainment and Recreation
Guests have access to a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, a bar, a volleyball court, changing rooms, toilets, and a shower. There's also an outdoor swimming pool of 1000 square meters with a hydro-massage area, a bar, and a children's area.
Visitors can take advantage of bicycle and scooter rentals, equipment for football and volleyball, children's strollers, cribs, baby baths, and potties. Daily entertainment is available for both children and adults, with a children's room (children under 4 must be accompanied by parents) and a playground.
