  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant in accordance with the norms and standards adopted by the company;
  • Monitor compliance with sanitary standards established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • Interaction with the restaurant service on upcoming events;
  • Documentary support;
  • Formation of an effective team of employees;

From you:

  • Specialized education
  • Love for your work and willingness to bring new ideas
  • Work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in a 5* or 4* hotel
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
