Functional responsibilities
- Providing production with detergents and consumables for the kitchen and restaurant service
- Planning, drafting and approval of applications for chemistry and consumables
- Control over the fight of dishes and its accounting
- Ensuring a continuous cleaning process of industrial premises, planning the number of personnel and FOT
- Control of the consumption of detergents and other consumables
- Drawing up stewards' work schedules
- Personnel training and preparation of checklists in production
