Head of F&B Service

Functional responsibilities

• Management of the catering service, as well as bars and restaurants in the hotel chain
• Managing events to increase profits
• Developing and maintaining a budget, an action plan to promote the department to stimulate sales and profits, while controlling expenses
• Research, review and analysis of competitors, market trends, comments and customer needs
• Provision of appropriate personnel, training, motivation, coaching, consulting and development of the department team
• Assessment of changes in the needs of guests and competitiveness in order to recommend the appropriate product/service
• Ensuring the satisfaction of guests and employees while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance

• Work experience in chain hotels in the management of the catering service is required
• Desire to work in the hotel business with the possibility of training, analysis and implementation of complex tasks
• Energetic, purposeful
