Head of the room fund

Required work experience:  3- 6 years

Functional responsibilities

• Carries out systematic control over the cleaning of the room fund, office and public premises.
• Organizes and ensures the effective work of maids, movers (employees of the economic service).
• Monitors the serviceability of sanitary equipment, electrical equipment, furniture and inventory in the hotel rooms.
• Controls the consumption of cleaning and detergents, cleaning materials, guest accessories.
• Receives inventory items from the warehouse, draws up the necessary documents for writing off the materials that have become unusable and used in the process of work.
• Participates in the inventory of fixed assets.
• Monitors the timely preparation of rooms for the reception of arrivals at the hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel, the safety of property and equipment.
• Organizes and conducts training events for employees of the service.
• Participates in the selection of staff of its service, forms schedules for going to work according to the hotel load, keeps a timesheet, vacation schedules.

Wishes to the applicant

• Secondary/higher professional education.
• Work experience in chain hotels is mandatory.
• Work experience as the head of the economic service in the hotel for at least 3 years.
• Excellent knowledge of standards and technology for the maintenance of residential and other hotel premises.
• Skills of personnel management and motivation.
• Knowledge of the purpose and methods of using professional detergents used in cleaning.
• A confident PC user.
• Organizational skills. Activity. Responsibility. Efficiency. The ability to concentrate on the needs of guests.
