Concierge (SPiR operator)

Required work experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

• accepting applications from hotel guests by phone,
• consultation on menus and services,
• interaction with guests;
• providing information about the hotel;
• sale of additional services;
• interaction with hotel services.

Requirements:

• work experience in the position of at least 1 year;
• sociability;
• responsibility;
• stress resistance;
• ability to work in a team;
• secondary and higher education.

Conditions:

• official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
• timely payment of wages 2 times a month;
• friendly team.
