Functional responsibilities
- Operational management of the hotel;
- Budget execution control;
- Analysis of current economic activity;
- Development, implementation and maintenance of high standards of reception and service of guests;
- Ensuring effective interaction of all departments and services;
- Team management, setting tasks and monitoring the execution of decisions;
- Participation in personnel processes - selection, training, formation of an effective team;
- Achievement of planned targets;
- Improving the level of comfort, developing new ideas and proposals to improve the quality of service;
- Representation of the company's interests in relations with public administration and control bodies on service issues.
- Monitoring the implementation of assigned tasks.
- Monitoring of employee performance.
- Ability to work in multitasking mode.
Wishes to the applicant
- Higher education (hotel industry, management, economics);
- Work experience as a manager/director/deputy general manager in the field of hotel services (hotel chain) - strictly!
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of all hotel services: catering services, engineering services, hotel management, etc.
- PC: a confident user (knowledge of the software product in the field of hotel and restaurant services is an advantage).
- Knowledge of the legislative framework.
- Experience in budgeting.
- Knowledge of basic methods and principles of analysis and forecasting, knowledge of marketing and management.
- Readiness for intensive work.
- Full immersion in the project and its tasks.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is mandatory.
