Functional responsibilities
- meeting, accommodation and registration of guests,
- working with the room reservation system,
- working with a cash register, a bank card terminal,
- advising guests on emerging issues,
- receiving and distributing incoming calls and documentation,
- coordination of the hotel's internal services,
- monitoring the condition of rooms before check-in and after the eviction of guests,
- handling requests and complaints from guests,
- preparation of final reports for the shift.
Wishes to the applicant
- at least 1 year of work experience as a SPiR administrator;
- sociability;
- responsibility;
- stress resistance;
- ability to work in a team;
- secondary and higher education.
