Head of Reception and Accommodation Service

Functional responsibilities

• control over the preparation and organization of the reception and accommodation service;
• organization of work on the support and maintenance of the information database of the reception and accommodation service;
• monitoring the handling of guest complaints;
• control over the organization of work on settlements with guests and the procedure of departure of guests;
• monitoring compliance by employees of the reception and placement service with labor protection measures at the workplace, monitoring the procedures for transferring cases by employees at the end of the shift;
• analysis of difficulties in the work of the reception and accommodation service, carrying out changes in the work of the service;
• assistance to employees of the service in resolving problems arising during work;
• creation of a system of motivation and disciplinary responsibility of employees of the reception and accommodation service;

Wishes to the applicant

• at least 1 year of experience as the head of SPiR in chain hotels;
• knowledge of English;
• sociability;
• responsibility;
• stress resistance;
• ability to work in a team;
• higher education.
